+ How do I use essential oils on my diffuser bracelet?

Lava stone beads have naturally formed pits and are an incredibly porous stone making it perfect for diffusing essential oils. To use essential oils with your lava stone diffuser bracelet apply a drop or two of your favourite oil directly to the lava stones and rub into the bead with your fingers. Wait a minute or two after application before putting on the bracelet to allow for the oils to absorb into the stone. You’re then ready to take on the day with your favourite scent on your wrist! When you’re ready to switch up your essential oil/scent clean the lava stones with soap and water.

Besides shipping we also offer free curbside pick up in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Once your order is ready you will receive an email to schedule your pickup time and date. We will also provide the pick up address at this time. Please ensure the email you enter at checkout is correct as this is how you will be contacted.

+ How do I measure my wrist size?

Bracelets are all made on durable stretchy elastic and are available in a variety of sizes.

To measure your wrist take a flexible tape measure and wrap it snuggly around your wrist where the bracelet would sit. For a more snug fit add half an inch to your measurement to get your size. For a looser fit add an inch to your measurement to get your size.

If you do not have a flexible tape measure you can use string to measure your wrist. Take a piece of string and wrap it snug around your wrist where the bracelet would fit. For women’s bracelets 7.0 inches is our most popular size. For men 8.0 inches is our most popular size.

Anklets are one size fits all and are adjustable from 8.5 inches - 11.0 inches.

+ How do I take care of my jewelry?

All pieces are handmade with a lot of care and love and need to be treated with love when worn.

Here are a few tips and instructions to make sure your jewelry lives a long life:

• Water, chemicals, and sweat can tarnish metal accents faster and wear elastic more quickly. To ensure your jewelry lasts avoid contact with water, excessive sweat, perfumes, and other chemicals.

• Remove jewelry when showering.

• Store jewelry in a cloth bag, airtight container, or jewelry box when not wearing it.

• Keep jewelry out of reach of small children and animals.

• Use a dry polishing cloth to polish metal accents after each wear (or if they begin to tarnish this can be rubbed off with a dry polishing cloth). Polishing after each wear helps remove our oils from our skin that can overtime tarnish metals faster.

+ How do I clean the lava stones?

For white lava stones highly pigmented oils may stain the lava stone. Try to avoid using highly pigmented essential oils on the white lava stones.

Use warm water and soap to clean lava stones when you’re ready to switch scents/essential oils. Take a toothbrush and gently scrub the lava stone with water and a small amount of soap. Make sure to thoroughly rinse the soap off or else the lava stone will take on the scent of the soap.
